The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 208 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Accusation is of abduction of daughter of the informant. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there was love affair between the victim and one Raja Rai and out of her sweet will, the victim has performed marriage with Raja Rai, which would be evident from paragraph Nos. 8 and 14 of the case diary. The petitioner, happens to be mother of Raja Rai, has nothing to do with the internal affair of her son, therefore, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48871 of 2016 (3) dt.28-01-2017 his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon Case No. 208 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
