JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the District Collector, Madhubani under Section 21 of The Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands in question as also the Basgit Parcha issued in favour of the private respondents or, alternatively, if any petition is already pending before the District Collector to prosecute that litigation.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6147 of 2014 (2) dt.30-06-2016 Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
