After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be granted liberty to approach the Housing Board for implementation of the order as contained in Annexure-1. Without expressing any opinion, petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Housing Board.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
