2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025 registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 76, 326(g), 351(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other coaccused persons are said to have molested the informant and also assaulted her and her family members with iron rods, axes, sticks etc. It is further alleged that accused persons put fire in the cottage outside the house due to which some articles, cot and goat were burnt. They also stole Rs.10,000/- from the house.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the

Learned counsel has further submitted that the informant did not suffer any kind of injury. Both the parties are on litigating terms and a Title Suit No. 103 of 2016 is pending between them. His further submission is that two cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail petition have been lodged by the members of prosecution side.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant as well as State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Informant did not suffer any kind of injury. Only burnt straw was found at the place of occurrence and no burnt household articles were found there.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/C S.D.J.M./concerned Court, Bhabua (Kaimur) in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
