1. Heard the parties.

2. This writ petition has been preferred by the student praying for quashing the order of the Chairman of the respondent Board, whereby it has taken decision not to accept the result of the petitioner and other students and for issuing of proper direction to issue O.M.R. to the petitioner to enable him to appear in the Intermediate Examination, 2010.

3. This Court notices that on 04.03.2010 the High Court had passed an order with regard to considering to issue directions for holding of special examination for genuine

Patna High Court CWJC No.2372 of 2010(10) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 students. On 18.05.2010, the Court has noted that the Intermediate Examination has already taken place on the basis of list submitted by the Principal of the Degree College, duly recognized by the Intermediate Council.

4. Keeping in view thereto, no further directions are required to be passed. The writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
