The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392, 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that four accused persons snatched motorcycle, Rs. 13000/- and a mobile of the informant. First information report was lodged against four unknown persons. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there was no occasion for the informant not to name the petitioners in the first information report when being
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53771 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 neighbour they were known to the informant from before. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and statement to this effect has been made in paragraph three of the bail petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two securities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ashish Mishra, J.M.
