====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-06-2021 Heard Saroj Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dawath P. S. Case No.59 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 147 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioners have been named in the F.I.R., but the allegation of assault which hit the injured persons is attributed to co-accused Vinay Paswan..

The petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Even aforesaid Vinay Paswan has been granted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40669 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2021 2/2 privilege of bail by the Court below.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-XI, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Dawath P. S. Case No.59 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
