In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 (G.R. No.8448 of 2018), registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. However, the girl has filed a detailed petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, wherein allegation has been made against her parents of forcefully selling her to one Sonu Kumar and said Sonu Kumar used to torture her. She also stated that in fact no kidnapping has taken place.

No.46161 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case no. 277 of 2018 (G.R. No.8448 of 2018), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
