Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out, by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of restoration of normalcy. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.81 of 2018 arising out of Barahiya P.S. case No.206 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge IIIrd, Lakhisarai.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is the assailant.

It has been reported that out of sixteen prosecution witnesses, three prosecution witnesses have already been examined and and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months. Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
