Despite valid service of notice, opposite party no.2 has not appeared either personally or through hr counsel. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.178 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the three days delay in institution of the first information report, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or
