Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section s 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that petitioner had taken loan of Rs. 1,35000/- from the informant on the eve of marriage of his daughter and promised to return the same within three months but he did not return the same within the stipulated time though reconciliation took place and petitioner agreed to return the amount in three equal installments.

Considering the nature of accusation let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53730 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 before the court below within a period of twelve weeks from today be released on provisional bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. ISt Class, Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The learned court below is directed to reconcile the matter and if the amount is paid within the stipulated time the court below shall confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner.
