The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case no. 13 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that four persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, came at the door of the informant and started abusing to him. At that time, Bablu Yadav called his family members on phone then 5 to 6 persons armed with lathi came and started assaulting to the informant Bhikhari Yadav, when Sudhir Yadav, son of the informant, rushed to save the informant then he was also assaulted by both the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is specific allegation to cause injury to son of the informant, but no

Further submission is that after investigation Police submitted chargesheet under the bailable sections, but learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura took cognizance under Section 307 of I.P.C. It is also submitted that both the petitioners are students of Class-B.A.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.13 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
