JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kasimbazar P.S. Case No.135 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner has criminal antecedent and his presence is at the place of incident is proved. In view thereof, without commenting on the merit of the case, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
