The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 504 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of making assault to Rambha Devi with lathi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple and there is no accusation of repeating the blow.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six
