Patna High Court CWJC No.7640 of 2014 dt.21-09-2015 2/2 From the materials brought on record, it appears that grievances of the petitioner have been redressed inasmuch as payments on various heads have been sanctioned/made. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.
However, if based on the calculation, the petitioner feels that there are some discrepancies which have not been reconciled, he shall have liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the respondent no. 4 shall get the same verified within two weeks thereafter. If any further payments are required to be made, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within the next two weeks.
The personal appearance of the officers stands dispensed with.
