2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act.

3. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the Scorpio vehicle in question from which 500 kilograms Ammonium Nitrate explosives has been recovered. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,

No.44060 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in Dehri (T) Police Station Case No. 720 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
