2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 384 of the IPC and Section 7, 9 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

4. As per the prosecution story, the petitioner is a Kishan Salahkar and he said to have taken bribe for some work.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2024.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Muzaffarpur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024.
