The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification in the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44952 of 2016, to the extent that the name of the Court be substituted to Mr.Vijay Bahadur Yadav, Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Banka in place of Sri K.K. Agrawal, Additional Sessions Judge, Adhoc-I, Banka.

Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that due to inadvertence, the name of Sri K.K. Agrawal has been typed in the pleadings of Cr. Misc. No. 44952 of 2016, though it should have been Mr. Vijay Bahadur Yadav, Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Banka.

Having considered the matter, let the name of Sri

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50807 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 K.K. Agrawal, Additional Sessions Judge, Adhoc-I, Banka be substituted by Mr. Vijay Bahadur Yadav, Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Banka, in the order dated 18.10.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 44952 of 2016. The rest of the order shall remain the same.

Further, the period granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below having elapsed, the same stands extended till 20th December, 2016.

The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
