The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 26.06.2015. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 26.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15666 of 2015, but the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of illness of father of the petitioner the petitioner could not surrender before the court below.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the period of surrendering of the petitioner is extended for three weeks from today, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55970 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in Complaint Case No. C-2234 of 2006, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Other terms and conditions of the order dated 26.06.2015 shall remain intact. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
