The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 477 of 2014 for the offences registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the fact that the parties have now resolved their disputes as per the mediation report dated 5/12/2016, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two
