JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and APP for the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 304B/34 IPC. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he lives separately having no concern with the affair of his son and the deceased. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. The allegation is general in nature and he is in custody since 15.2.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raushan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Banka in Chandan Police Station Case No. 11 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the
