2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 639 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail who is father-in-law of the deceased. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 31.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3552 of 2024. The petitioner is in jail since 23.06.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody and general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner, this application is allowed.

In view of the above,, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Danapur, Patna/concerned Court concerned court in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 639 of 2023.
