The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other are suspected to have committed murder of the son of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that name of the petitioner has come in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Shashi Bhushan Kumar @ Sunny. He submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 45 of 2021 on 03.03.2021. He further
