The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 342, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, a Sub Inspector of Police, alleged that in course of keeping surveillance one motorcycle was intercepted; thereafter three persons came and put hindrance in discharge of his official duties. They entered into verbal altercation with the informant. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Mohan Kumar Singh & another and Chandan Kumar singh & another have already been granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17248/2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 43286/2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Mohan Kumar Singh, Chandan Kumar Singh and others.

No.20738 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Bhagwan Bazar P.S.
