The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 8/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 353, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that a Bench of this Court has already refused prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner by a reasoned order, vide Annexure-1. There is no reason to review that order. Hence, this application is dismissed with cost of Rs.1000/- which shall be deposited in the victim compensation fund at the time of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below.
Since nine months have elapsed after refusal of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66811 of 2018(3) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 prayer of anticipatory bail and the petitioner has not surrendered nor challenged the earlier order. Let the Court below take coercive steps against the petitioner in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 8/2018 pending in the Court of learned learned C.J.M., Bhabhua at Kaimur.
