No. 363 of 2018 arising out of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 357 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of IPC.
Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No.54894 of 2018.
Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and the case is of dowry death.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody nearly for a year and up till now, the charge has not been framed.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides, in view view of the facts
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41625 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial, after framing of the charge. With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
