====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. B. PD. SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2025 In pursuance to the earlier order dated 20.02.2025, petitioner appeared with his learned lawyer in chamber proceeding.
2. Heard the parties.
3. The petitioner are apprehending their arrest in connection with Piro P. S. Case No. 10 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 341, 379, 506, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. It is a case of monetary dispute between the petitioners and opposite party no. 2 (informant) relating to their business transactions.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are quite innocent, committed no offence and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that due to some business transactions some dispute arose between the parties regarding collection of due amount and finally after calculation only Rs. 20,00,000/- (twenty lakhs) are due upon the petitioners and petitioners are ready to pay the said amount. It is also submitted that petitioner no. 1 has executed a sale deed on 30.04.2024 in favour of informant. Lastly it is prayed to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
6. Learned APP opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.

During course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and petitioner no. 1 - Anand Kumar, petitioner no. 2. - Amit Kumar (both accused persons) have executed a sale deed in favour of informant (Pramod Kumar Agrwal) of this case. So, now the matter has been settled and there is no dispute between the parties.
8. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners be enlarged on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the

No.46176 of 2024(6) dt.20-03-2025 3/3 receipt/production of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Ara (Bhojpur) in connection with Piro P. S. Case No. 10 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (S. B. Pd. Singh, J) prabhakar/- U T
