The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015 registered under Sections 365, 498, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C. was added. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. He has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner, except suspicion. It would appear from Annexure-2 that final form has already been submitted. Moreover, co-accused Arjun Sahni @ Arjun Sahani has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41068 of 2016 (4) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 No. 56207 of 2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
