The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(A), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant and his family members due to which they sustained injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is much delay of lodging the FIR and the injury report of injured Meena Devi is found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance as opined by the doctor. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

P.S. Case No. 52 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
