JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 In view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Union Of India and Ors. Vs. Subedar Devassy Pv: (2006) 1 SCC 613 and in the case of Sudhir Vasudeva Vs. M. George Ravishekaran: (2014) 3 SCC 373 no fresh direction can be issued in exercise of power under the contempt jurisdiction, the Court does not find any justification to pass any fresh order in the contempt petition.

Accordingly, both the contempt petitions are disposed of.
