An order dated 04.12.2018, passed by the Collector in Land Ceiling Case No. 07/86-87 Munger/17/94/95 Lakhisarai has been put to challenge in the present writ application. Mr. Bindyachal Singh, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15978 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 petitioner has very fairly drawn this Court's attention to an order dated 25.07.2019, passed in CWJC No.14832 of 2019, whereby in similar circumstance, noticing the existence of alternative statutory remedy of appeal under Section 30 of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961, the said writ application was disposed of. This writ application is also disposed of in terms of the said order dated 25.07.2019, passed in CWJC No. 14832 of 2019. It is made clear that the observation made in the said order for consideration of any application for condonation of delay shall also apply in case of the petitioner.
