ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2017 in connection with Kashichak (Shahpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.78 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been taken into custody on the basis of the confessional statement of one co-accused, who has since been extended the privilege of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no T.I. Parade has been conducted nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession.
