The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No.133 of 2018./G.R. No.2190 of 2018 registered under Sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of theft of four mobile sets and watch in the night of 10/11.09.2018 from the house of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, one Bhola Sahni was arrested by the police, who confessed his guilt, disclosing the name of the petitioner having hand in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43943 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 theft of four mobile sets and watch from the house of the informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Pankaj Chandra Verma, Judicial Magistrate, First Class-cum-Additional Munsif, Samastipur, in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No.133 of 2018/G.R. No.2190 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
