1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.41186 of 2019, arising out of Banka Mahila P.S. Case No.70 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous, therefore, this case may be disposed of.
