Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners and accused persons were talking to each other with regard to previous land dispute and also for compromise of the earlier case. Accusation of assault is against Dilip Kumar, Pawan Kumar and Parwati Devi and Parveen Kumar. It is alleged that the petitioners reached at the spot and they ordered to assault.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53776 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 petitioners that the injury is found to be simple in nature. The petitioners were not sent up for trial but differing with the final form the Chief Judicial Magistrate took cognizance. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents and the statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. Considering the above facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand) with two securities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M Pupri at Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri, P.S. Case No. 0161/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
