Petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati P.S. Case No.479/18 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 15 litres of Mahua liquor from the motor cycle of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for two months having no criminal antecedent.
