2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "i. For direction to the respondent authorities to allow petitioner to pay the fine imposed upon the trucks of petitioner bearing registration no. BR-01GM-6722, BR01GN-2740 and BR01GC1460, in easy installments. ii. For direction to the respondent authorities to renew the necessary papers and permits of the trucks of petitioner bearing registration no. BR01GM-6722, BR01GN-2740 and BR01GC-1460,

3. For any further relief /reliefs, direction /directions, or order/orders which are found admissible during the course of arguments."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is the owner of three vehicles bearing registration no. BR-01GM-6722, BR01GN2740 and BR01GC-1460 and fine has been imposed on the said three vehicles for overloading of the trucks. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a poor person and unable to pay the imposed fine and in case any installments are granted, the petitioner is willing to pay the same. When queried by this Court as to whether there is any provisions for paying the fine in installments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has replied in the negative.

4. This Court does not find any merit in the present writ petition which warrants any interference by this Court. However, if the petitioner is so advised, he can pay the imposed fine amount for each truck as per his convenience and on such payments, the authorities are directed to renew the permit of the vehicle.

5. With the above direction, the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.10503 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 3/3 petition stands disposed of.
