Mr. Sri Iftekhar Mahmood ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This case has been listed under the heading to be mentioned at the instance of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence, in the last paragraph of the order dated 01.11.2018, learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI, Gopalganj has been incorporated in place of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Gopalganj. It has further been submitted that Sessions Trial No. 864 of 2016 has also wrongly been mentioned in the order as it relates to the other accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to make make necessary correction in the bail petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62618 of 2018(4) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 Permission is granted.

In view of such, the order dated 01.11.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of " learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Gopalganj", it shall be read as "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Gopalganj". The order dated 1.11.2018 is further modified to the extent that Sessions Trial no. 864 of 2016 as mentioned in paragraph No. 2 and last paragraph stands deleted and in its place it may be read as Sidhwalia P. S. case no. 30 of 2016.

The order dated 1.11.2018 is modified to extent as indicated above.
