2. The present application has been filed seeking mandamus for commanding the respondent authorities to locate/search the records of the T.S. No. 150 of 1984 for the purpose of hearing and disposal of T.A. No. 23 of 1998. It appears from the averments made in the application as well as the annexures thereto that the petitioner moved before the learned District and Sessions Judge as well as in the administrative side before this court in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11811 of 2014 dt.11-08-2016 matter. However, it does not appear that the petitioner has made any prayer expressing his grievance in the matter before the court where the appeal is pending.
3. In this backdrop, this Court is not inclined to invoke its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in the matter.
4. The application is accordingly, dismissed.
