Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that he was going on a stolen motorcycle. The recovered motorcycle was registered in the name of the father of the petitioner which would be evident from Annexure-2 Series.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61454 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 486 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
