Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act. By order dated 04.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 36538 of 2021, the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission is that charges against the petitioner have been framed by order dated 30.09.2021, Annexure-2. Since the charges against the petitioner have been framed, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43022 of 2022(2) dt.17-08-2022 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Session Case No. 390 of 2021 arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No. 565 of 2020.
