The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307, 325 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that some quarrel took place between the children of Bindra Yadav and Pannalal Yadav and for that on 19.03.2016, the petitioners having armed with different weapons surrounded Bindra Yadav and assaulted him. The informant went to rescue but the accused persons also assaulted the informant. When Govindra Yadav and Ramanuj Kumar came

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46104 of 2016 (3) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 to save the accused persons also assaulted Govindra Yadav and Ramanuj Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a counter version being Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016. The informant and others are alleged to have assaulted the informant Dwarika Singh and others. Three persons got injuries from the side of the petitioners, but it appears that from the side of the informant four persons are injured and the injury report of the informant, his brother Govindra Yadav and Ramanju Kumar show that they got grievous injury.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
