The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chowk P. S. Case No. 245 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Section 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code The allegation against the petitioner is that two persons, who were carrying the stolen motorcycle and after getting information, the police reached at the spot and arrested two persons and seized motorcycle.

It has been further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.08.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the
