This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Taraiya P.S.Case No.222 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of one stolen Bolero front in front of the house of the petitioner Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner rather in front of the house of the petitioner and one co-accused who had brought the Bolero for selling the same. So far criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, he is on bail in those cases.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54623 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of recovery of Bolero from in front of the , I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge has been framed against this petitioner, he may be released to the satisfaction of the court below and also on the undertaking of the petitioner that he will co-operate in the disposal of the trial and remain present on each and every date.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
