2. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19568 of 2024, due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extent the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner.

4. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds /

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50789 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.
