2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 109(1), 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the injured was shot at by two unknown criminals, who has been subsequently identified as Ricky Kumar and Jain. The petitioner was standing on the plot when the crime was being committed. His participation in the crime has been suspected by the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

He submits that except suspicion there is no material against the petitioner. The petitioner has been named by the accused persons in their confession. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Birbal Kushwaha and Shambhu Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran /concerned Court below in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-
