No one appears on behalf of the O.P.No.2.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 195C of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre but it appears that the mediation has failed.

Considering the fact that there is no further opposition to the application and that the petitioner has availed the benefit of interim protection and also there has been no resistance on the part

No.3398 of 2014 (6) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 of the opposite party, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 195C of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
