The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 307 and 479/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43291 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
