This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.33 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian 3.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she had left her home out of her own will. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
