JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2025 From perusal of record I find that the present criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated 20.05.2025, whereby and whereunder the application filed by opposite party no. 2 Anjali Kumari for grant of interim maintenance has been allowed and the petitioner has been directed to make payment of Rs.7,000/- per month to opposite party no. 2 Anjali Kumari from the date of filing of the petition, i.e., 04.12.2024. The criminal revision is not entertainable against the interim order passed in a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. From perusal of the record I find that the office has

3. Since the criminal revision petition is not maintainable against an interlocutory order, it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate step by moving before appropriate forum in an appropriate proceeding.

4. The Incharge of the Section entrusted with the task of stamp reporting and for pointing out the defects is directed to furnish an explanation within two weeks as to how the present matter has been placed before this Court showing it to be defect free considering the number of persons involved in stamp reporting, checking, verification etc. of the files.

5. For this purpose only, list this matter on 16.09.2025.
